Job Description

International University is seeking two staffs for Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs.

Responsibilities:

1/ Student receptionist: 1 personnel

  • Answer questions from students and parents
  • Accept requests for change of beneficiary
  • Provide solution for students’ requests

2/ Student manager, scholarship monitor and academic advisor: 1 personnel

  • Examine, observe, and carry out procedures that relate to changing major, changing program, academic gap year, dropping out
  • Manage students: provide students’ ID, Managing courses, Advisor, students’ status
  • Accounts for students’ status
  • Consider cases of awarding scholarship and handle academic incidents for all students
Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree

Skills:

  • English: fluent, able to communicate well
  • Computer: proficient with office tools and software
  • Others: problem solving, communication, ability to deal with stress and pressure, Decent at teamwork, discreet and responsible

Experience:

  • Have experience in organizing, managing and observing the work progress according to plan.
  • Prioritize academic experience
