Job Description

International University is seeking two IT staffs for Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate is required to:

  • Handle Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs Office’s software and website management: improve software’s functions, forms; develop software’s features; investigate and resolve software’s errors; provide guidance to software users; create and assign users right.
  • Handle server management and database backup
  • Directly run some functions of management software
  • Design and build support services programs for student
  • Manage and develop Edusoft and Edusoftweb for Undergraduated Program
Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Information Technology

Skills:

  • English: fluent, able to communicate well
  • Others: problem solving, communication, ability to deal with stress and pressure, Decent at teamwork, discreet and responsible

Experience:

  • Have experience in organizing, managing and observing the work progress according to plan.
  • Prioritize academic experience
