Requirements

1. Requirements for construction bidding candidate

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering.
  • Abilities and experiences in creating bidding documents, selecting bidder, working with different departments to clarify purchase orders, materials, machines, equipments.
  • Good negotiation skills, good understanding of circular, decree, and law on construction bidding.
  • Certificate of professional training on construction bidding.

2. Requirements for technical candidate: taking care of technical related works, machines, equipments, elevators, air conditionings, etc.

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Passion for technical works, good technical thinking, ability to adopt new technology products, technology solutions.

Skills:

  • English: fluent in listening, speaking, reading, writing.
  • Computer: competently with office computer skills.
  • Others: Ability to work individually and in group.

Experience: Prior experience is preferred

Other(s):

  • Good morality, dynamic, enthusiasm, happy, socialize.
  • Willing to work overtime, and other works when be appointed.
