Job Description

International University is seeking 2 Secretaries for the Department of Industrial System Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the Examination, processing tests, marks, and solving students’ requests of re-examination;
  • Supporting for course registration and other issues related to courses;
  • Organizing internship for students;
  • Handling of documents related to undergraduate Program;
  • Compiling and keeping documents of education management and quality assurance.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by department.
Requirements

Qualification

  • Candidate with Degree of Associate and upper degree.
  • Priority for those who graduate with Professional Managerial Secretary by Hoa Sen University. 

 Skills

  • English: Intermediate
  • Good Microsoft Office ability Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project

 Experience

  • At least one year working experience as a secretary
