Job Description

The Office of Student Service is seeking qualified candidates to take the following responsibilities:

  • Be in charge of implementation of student services and the development of collaborative activities to connect the University with enterprises
  • Contact enterprises and business to find employment opportunities, including internships and scholarships for students, organize exchange programs between business and students, vocational programs, job fair, organize field trips to visit enterprises, factories ...
  • Provide services for students
  • Perform other assignments as assigned by the OSS
Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor Degree

Skills:

- Enlish: Good verbal and written communication

- Computer: mastery of Microsoft Office programs

- Others:

  • Abilities to work independently and in group
  • Able to perform under pressure and overtime if required
  • Proactive and strong time management
  • High level of commitment

Experience:

  • Event planning
