Job Description

Office of International Academic Collaboration is seeking qualified candidates to take the following responsibilities:

  • Manage all students who are studying articulation programs
  • Organize the orientation, provide instructions for the process to transfer to the partner universities.
  • Organize the meeting between partner universities and students.
  • Provide support for composing the proposal to open new articulation programs,
  • Frequently update the fan page of the office to keep the students posted with the information about articulation programs, student recruitment, etc.
  • Provide support for the student recruitment activities
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Office.
Requirements Qualification: Full-time bachelor’s degree


Skills:

  • English: at least IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
  • Computer: good at Excel and PowerPoint
  • Other(s): Good skills in communication, networking, as well as detail-oriented, basic graphic design

Experience: fresh graduate or one-year working in similar positions

Other(s): be sociable and calm personality, team-working, high responsibility, working independently, ready for working overtime or at the weekend
