Job Description

Office of Human Resources Management is seeking qualified candidates to take the following responsibilities:

    • Make plans to draft documents and regulations for internal use
    • Be in charge of dealing with regulations & policies related to salary, welfare benefits, contract, social insurance, etc.
    • Carry out reports & statistic
    • Support recruitment process
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by heads of HRM office
Requirements Qualification: Candidates must hold Bachelor degree from highly ranked university

Major: Law, Human Resources Management, or related fields

Skills:

  • English: at IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
  • Computer: Proficiency in M.S offices (Certificate B or higher)
  • Other(s):  Detail-oriented, Communication

Experience: Minimum one-year working in similar positions

Other(s): 
  • Be available to work at the beginning of academic year 2022-2023
  • Be ready on duty at weekends or overtime (if any)
  • Be sociable and calm personality
