Job Description

Office of Quality Assurance and Testing is seeking qualified candidates to take the following responsibilities: 

  • Participate in tasks in quality assurance and accreditation, implementation and consulting processes as well as supporting Schools and Departments while conducting self-assessment and accrediting programmes in accordance with registered standards.
  • Implement the payment which related Self-Assessment Reports Consulting Contracts, External Assessment Contracts, Hotel Contracts, Meals for the External Assessment Team
  • Implement the logistics activities for the organization of Quality Assurance conferences/workshops/training courses for IU managers, lecturers, and staff.

Phòng Bảo đảm chất lượng giáo dục và Khảo Thí có nhu cầu tuyển dụng ứng viên đảm nhận công việc sau:

  • Tham gia các nhiệm vụ về bảo đảm chất lượng và kiểm định chất lượng, quy trình thực hiện, tư vấn và hỗ trợ cho các Khoa/BM khi thực hiện đánh giá, kiểm định chương trình theo các chuẩn đăng ký.
  • Thực hiện công tác thanh quyết toán liên quan Hợp đồng thẩm định Báo cáo Tự đánh giá, Hợp đồng Đánh giá ngoài, Hợp đồng Khách sạn, ăn uống cho Đoàn Đánh giá ngoài
  • Thực hiện công tác hậu cần cho việc tổ chức các hội nghị/hội thảo, các khoá tập huấn cho cán bộ quản lý, giảng viên và nhân viên trong toàn trường về công tác bảo đảm chất lượng, Tự đánh giá và đánh giá ngoài
Requirements
Qualification: Graduated from university with regular training, majors in economics, engineering or education management


Skills:

  • English: Good literacy, fluency in Reading Comprehension and Writing
  • Computer: Proficiency
  • Other(s): Good analytical, logical and communication skills

Experience:  Experienced in education management or quality assurance is preferred

Other requirements:  
  • Ready to work as soon as possible
  • Make a long-term commitment to working

Kỹ năng:

  • Tiếng Anh: Tốt, yêu cầu kỹ năng đọc hiểu và viết lưu loát
  • Tin học: Thành thạo
  • Kĩ năng khác: có khả năng phân tích, logic và giao tiếp tốt

Kinh nghiệm: Có kinh nghiệm về mảng quản lý giáo dục hoặc bảo đảm chất lượng là một ưu tiên
