Job Description

Department of Physics is seeking qualified candidates to take the following responsibilities:

  •  Teaching Performance: the minimum requirement is 270 periods per year, including courses such as Physics, Space science, Navigation systems
  • Research output: at least 1 international article paper published in high quality journals
  • Doing services: be responsible for academic advisor to student as well as other academic affairs such as Internship Supervision, Project Supervision and work related to thesis including Supervision, Review, Thesis Committee, etc
  • Continuously apply technologies and new methods in teaching, update on teaching lessons and be willing to take on new courses
  • Bring your expert knowledge, education and experience to add significant value and impact to the teaching, research and industry engagement related activities involved in this role
  • Expect to team across undergraduate and post graduate programs whilst developing your own scholarly, research and professional capabilities
  • Actively promote the program through establishing and maintaining networks and partnerships with academic, industry and professional communities (locally and internationally)
Requirements Qualification: PhD or equivalent Doctoral degree from highly ranked university with language of teaching in English

Major: Space science, Navigation systems or relevant

Skills:

  • English: English is the language of teaching at International University. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS 7.0 or equivalent
  • Computer: Programming skill
  • Other(s): Strong team player with an inclusive and collaborative approach

Experience: teaching experience in university environment is a plus
