Job Description

International University is seeking two Lectures for Department of Hospitality Management.

Responsibilities: The successful candidates are required to fulfill the following duty in academic year:

  • Deliver lectures at least 245 periods related to courses such as Food & Beverage Management, The Professional Waiter, Conference & Event Management, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage Cost Control, Supervision in the Hospitality, Resort Management & Development, etc.
  • Conduct research & publish at least 1 international scientific journal
  • Be in charge of other services including Academic Advisor, Work Study Project Supervision, Internship Supervision, Thesis Review, Thesis Committee, Thesis Supervision, etc.
Requirements

Qualification:

  • Ph.D. degree from English speaking countries
  • Major in Hospitality Management or other relevant ones.

Skills:

  • English: Fluent in teaching specialized subjects in English
  • Computer: Familiar with tool kit such as blackboard, e-learning, etc.

Experience: at least 1 year in teaching, research, or working in service industry related to Hospitality Management
